This year we start in Durango and work north: the Million Dollar Highway, an incredible stretch into Gateway Canyon, a quick stay in Salt Lake City, then Sun Valley, Jackson Hole, and two nights under a bigger sky in Big Sky.
Same rules as always. No 6 a.m. call times. No ten hour highway drives. No douchebaggery. Big thrills in the canyons, big chills at the destinations. No need to flex, leave your ego at home. Rally life…with a pinch of chill. That’s LongTail Rally.

KICKOFF WEEKEND - Durango, CO
Southwest Colorado’s best starting line. Mountains in every direction, a main street that still feels like one, and a garage full of cars that actually get driven. We have some fun activities lined up to explore the area then Sunday morning, we head north.
The Driving Roads
This is the most exciting set of roads we’ve put together. We start out fast right out of the gate with the famous “Million Dollar Mile” and Ed Bolian’s “best driving road in the world” to Gateway Canyon. Mid-route we hit the Sawtooth Byway in Sun Valley, and we close out with some of the favorite roads from LTR23 around Jackson Hole and Big Sky.
