Arrival in Portland: Sunday June 14th - Depart Santa Barbara Sunday June 21st
Finally, LongTail ventures to the Northwest. Setting off from the luxurious Ritz-Carlton in Portland, Oregon, we'll indulge in some of America's finest driving routes, winding through breathtaking mountain vistas and dramatic coastal landscapes, finishing out at the Ritz Carlton Santa Barbara
Day One - A Ritzy Kickoff in Portland
Arrive and unwind at the Ritz-Carlton before the events get started. In the evening, enjoy dinner on a sunset boat cruise through the city's waterways.
Day Two - A Drive of Volcanic Proportions
Ever driven on a volcano? Neither have we. But we’re gonna fix that with some great roads and lunch with a view at Crater Lake.
Day Three - Lake Hopping
We heard you like lakes, so we’re back at another Ritz Carlton, this time in Lake Tahoe. Dinner will be served lakeside.
Day Four - Dash to Wine Country
There are some amazing roads between Lake Tahoe and Napa Valley and we’re soaking up every mile. Whatever shall we do when we get there?
Day Five - Sip Back and Relax
Chill day, no driving. We don’t want to pop your balloon, but there’s a trainload more than just wine on the activity list.
Day Six - Things Get Salty
Curves and views are on the menu as we roll into sleepy Monterey without all those pesky hypercars clogging the roads up.
Day Seven- The Drive Through Heaven
Pacific Coast Highway from Big Sur to Morro Bay is arguably the most beautiful driving road in the world. A fitting last leg to an epic journey.
Closing Venue - Ritz Carlton Santa Barbara
Did we save the best for last? Maybe! The Ritz Carlton Bacara served us well on our inaugural rally in 2021, and it’s been completely renovated since then. Can’t wait to see what they’ve done.
One Last Night Together
All good things must come to an end. We’re ending the rally with a very good thing though. A rooftop, ocean view sunset sushi experience, perhaps?

Friday June 12th - Arrive in Portland. Scheduled evening event of bowling and laser tag at King Pin Laser Tag in Beaverton.
Saturday June 13th - Morning car show and fan event at 503 Motoring followed by curated drive to a lunch at Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood (from the movie The Shining). Dinner in downtown Portland at Domaine Serene Wine Lounge.
Sunday Afternoon, June 14th - Welcome event at a private residence
Main Rally Event
Sunday Evening June 14 - Arrive in Portland, check-in at Ritz Carlton 4:00pm PST. Boat cruise/dinner event on the river through Downtown Portland.
Monday June 15th - Drive through the Cascade mountains with a scheduled lunch at Crater Lake Lodge. One night stay in Klamath Falls at Running Y Resort.
Tuesday June 16th - Drive to Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe. Waterfront dinner at Gar Woods Grill & Pier on the water.
Wednesday June 17th - Drive to Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa Valley CA.
Thursday June 18th - Non-driving day. Napa Wine Train experience and Hot Air Balloon experience in the early morning (capacity limited).
Friday June 19th - Drive to the oceanfront Monterey Plaza Hotel in Monterey, CA.
Saturday June 20th - Drive historic Highway 1 (Pacific Coast Highway) from Monterey to Ritz Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, CA.
Sunday, June 21st - Departures
Main Rally Participation Fee: $16,000
Pre-Rally Kickoff Weekend Add-on: $2,000
(per team of two. $1,000 discount for returning members)
Main Rally Package includes hotel rooms (dual occupancy) check-in Sunday June 14th and final checkout Sunday, June 21st. Most breakfasts and dinners included. Custom apparel bag. Custom rally livery decals. Professional photography and videography teams.
